“Accogliamo in inglese” is a project that concluded in April 2025. It was a basic English course designed for all types of business owners and operators in Giovinazzo. The course was completely free of charge.
The course consisted of 20 sessions, each lasting an hour and a half, for a total of 30 hours. These intensive and productive sessions began in January. During the course, participants gained new language skills that are essential in today’s professional environment.
There were 48 initial participants. Following a natural selection process, 20 participants completed the course and received a certificate of participation.
The Pro Loco of Giovinazzo enthusiastically supported and promoted this initiative, in collaboration with civil service volunteers. Among them, a special mention goes to Marika Turturro, who guided the participants through this language-learning journey.
We are proud to have offered the Giovinazzo community a valuable and practical opportunity.
